Rates: $98.00 - $150.00 per night in-season (June-Sept.), $60.00 - $95.00 per night off-season. A 9.7% MA state tax will be added. Payment: Personal checks accepted only on advance reservation. MC, VISA, AMEX & DISC accepted. Deposits: 3 days or less, payment in full is required. 4 days or more, a 50% deposit is required. Restrictions: No pets. There is no smoking at the Sea Breeze Inn. Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be made only if we receive 7 days notice prior to the first day of reservation. On shorter notice, last minute cancellation, or earlier than scheduled departure, a deposit will be refunded only if the room can be re-rented over the entire reservation. $25 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Sea Breeze Inn is reached from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Rhode Island via I-95 N (CAUTION: stay to the right after EXIT 46 and EXIT 75 in CT) to I-195 E in Providence - EXIT 20. 2. Follow Route I-195 E to EXIT 22A, Route 25 (There is a sign for Cape Cod). Take 25 East 9 miles to the Bourne Bridge - EXIT 2. 3. Go over Bourne Bridge to Rotary - go 3/4 of the way around Rotary to the last Exit on the Rotary - US-6 E/MA-28 S. 4. Follow this road about 3 miles to first traffic light and take a right onto Route US-6 E over Sagamore Bridge. 5.
