Then, throughout your stay, enjoy all the expansive common areas including free Wi-Fi service and cable TV in both buildings. As you walk through our 65 wooded acres, you're likely to catch a glimpse of white tailed deer, swans, eagles, or other wildlife. Meander through gardens, lawns, woodland area with walking trails, linger in the screened gazebo overlooking the pond, or the screened porch/dock on a secluded private lake. Relax on the patio with the gentle sound of the fountain providing background music or sit out under the stars and enjoy the old-fashioned pleasure of an outdoor bonfire. The Castle Experience the enchanting powers of a home built a century ago, but furnished with delightful decor and stylish amenities. Nicknamed "the castle" for its three story turret and wide wraparound porch, this circa 1906 Queen Anne Victorian beauty offers five individually decorated, romantic and "exceptionally maintained" Suites/ Rooms . The Castle showcases magnificent turn of the century craftsmanship with quartersawn oak woodwork, hardwood floors, and antique furnishings. All have private baths with shower. Robes, TV/VCR/CD, queen or king bed, and fireplaces. The Castle Suites, the English Rose Suite, Bittersweet and the Heron, feature generous proportions & include Whirlpool tubs for two and DVD players as well as the amenities listed above. The Castle Rooms, the Peacock or the Rose Gazebo are located on the 3rd floor and feature queen or king sized featherbeds and standard private baths w/shower. For your broadband internet needs, 802.11B Wi-Fi is available in all common spaces and some rooms. There is also a cat5 ethernet cable available in the common area. The Castle Keep Follow a tree lined path beyond the Castle and you'll discover our newest expansion. The Castle Keep is designed with Old World European charm, yet, features all the comforts of the 21st century. Purchased in November, 2004 it's a wonderful addition to the Castle in the Country experience. Five individually decorated Suites/rooms provide a secluded and romantic atmosphere. All have private baths with shower, Robes, TV/VCR/CD & DVD, queen or king beds. The Castle Keep Suites also include either a Deluxe or Queen sized Whirlpool tub and fireplaces. Both the King Arthur and the Sir Lancelot Suites contain 2 person showers as well. For your broadband internet needs, 802.11G Wi-Fi is available in all common spaces After enjoying a peaceful night's sleep in either the Castle or the Castle Keep, you'll wake to the aroma of homemade breads, pastries, and artfully presented breakfast entrees. All this may be enjoyed within your own guest Suite/room, in the beautiful morning room overlooking the pond, the Midnight Sky dining room or soaking up the morning sun on a flower-filled porch or patio.
