Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refunded if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to stay with a $25 cancellation fee. See website for further details.

Breakfast: Choice of hot or cold breakfast items off a menu that is left in room previous night. Homemade bread & pastries. Fresh-squeezed juice or fresh fruit. Daily specials.

Driving Directions: Interstate I95 north or south to Exit 2 in NH. Follow Rt. 101 East about 4 miles all the way to the end (Atlantic Ocean). Take a left on Rt.1A (aka Ocean Blvd). The Inn is located about 2 blocks north on the left on the corner of Church St.(aka Rt. 101W). Park in front to register.

Local Area Attractions: Sandy beach, free nightly entertainment at the Seashell Stage in July & August, shopping & fine restaurants in nearby Portsmouth,NH or Newburyport,MA. Tours of historic homes, harbor & ocean cruises, whale-watching, outlet shopping in nearby Kittery, Maine and much more.

Onsite Activities: Swimming or sunbathing on sandy beach across the street, lounging on porches, reading or relaxing in living room/library area or enclosed terrace.
