Farm by the River B&B with Stables  

This historic farmhouse B&B is situated on 70 scenic acres of meadows and woods along the Saco River and offers panoramic White Mountain views. The on-site stables are open year-round, daily to inn guests and the general public for horseback riding, sleigh and carriage, wagon and pony rides. Fall Foliage is a wonderful time to take a wagon or carriage ride through our "Maple Sugar Orchard". Winter Horse-drawn Victorian Sleigh Rides for 2, or group rides are offered. Inn guests enjoy river swimming & fly fishing, nature & bird walks & complimentary snowshoeing. The inn has nine lovely rooms with private baths. Each room is,uniquely decorated with family heirlooms from seven generations in a classic New England style. All rooms have queen or king beds with private baths, Wi-Fi. Deluxe rooms with a two-person jacuzzi &/or fireplace are available. Or bring the family and stay in a two-room suite. Also available is a deluxe 4 bedroom cottage with fireplace and jacuzzi and more-"Alpine Moose Cottage" surrounded by the Farm by the River campus.

A full breakfast is served on the patio with views to the mountains, barns, horses and gardens. In the cooler months a cozy fireside breakfast is served.
