"rural Hyde Park, New York you will discover The Willows Bed and Breakfast. Lisa and Lee Fraitag, The Willow's innkeepers, welcome you to their lovingly restored 1765 Colonial farmhouse, in the heart of the beautiful and historic Hudson Valley. Lisa, a professional French horn player and music teacher and Lee, a Culinary Institute of America graduate look forward to sharing their home with you. Relax and enjoy the fireplace in the living room, the wide planked floors throughout and the exposed hand hewn beams. The two guest rooms are quaintly furnished with antiques, quilts, and each offering their own distinctive charm. Savor a full and hearty country breakfast including many homemade food specialties. "Our large green attic bedroom was filled with an astonishing and often humorous collection of rural ephemera. The solid breakfast the next morning included homemade whole wheat bread, homemade sausages, a frittata stuffed with home grown vegetables, excellent homemade raspberry and strawberry jams, and honey from the Fraitags' own beehives."
