Brooks Sunshine Cottage  

"The Annex Apartment Suites are housed adjacent to the Sunshine Cottage Main House. A Victorian house, with wrap around porch and Adirondack Mountain views, is home to four suites, each with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and bedroom, private bath, air conditioning, as well as color television and VCR. As a guest in the annex you may enjoy our first floor lobby where we have available a breakfast buffet consisting of Fruits, cereals, juice, muffins, fruit spreads and beverages provided each morning. A spacious gathering area with native stone fireplace, sets a welcoming mood both in winter and in summer."
