The 3 story house offers a media room that is
perfect for meetings and corporate retreats. The
Grand room and surrounding outdoor areas are ideal
for small weddings and special events or just visiting
with new and old friends.




The first floor offers 3 guest rooms and a gameroom with a
pool table and game table for dominoes, cards and games.
The gameroom overlooks the crystal clear waters of the
swimming pool and spa. The second floor includes the
common and dining areas. The third floor offers 4 guest
rooms with porches, rocking chairs and an amazing view.



Belle Oaks B&B is located approximately 15 miles from Bryan/College Station, home of Texas A&M
University, George Bush Presidential Library, Messina Hof Winery, and some of the most gorgeous areas of
Central Texas. Spend the day antiquing in nearby Calvert or just relax in the secluded and romantic Southern
