Utopia is a terrific year-round vacation area. Utopia on the River is "off the beaten path" just 2/10 of a mile off the main highway tucked away in a grove of pecan trees. We have ten acres on the Sabinal River with a swimming pool and hot tub. Each room has it's own private entrance and full bath. Sit on the porch and watch the deer, humming birds and firefly's. A full hot breakfast is complimentary each morning with our house specialty of Hot Peaches and Biscuits!
