" An 1859 Vermont Inn with splendid views overlooking the Bennington Monument and Green Mountains of Vermont, the Alexandra B&B offers an elegant understated respite for weary business travelers or vacationing adventurers. Our delicious full gourmet breakfast consist of a selection of juices, hot beverages, home-mixed granola with dried fruits and nuts, fresh fruit salad, pastry and an originally prepared hot main dish complement the formula for a wonderful experience and a great way to start the day. Our main course menu may include one of these: Pancakes with blueberries and caramelized apples, French toast topped with fried bananas and saut¨¦ed pears, Waffles with berry¡¯s syrup, eggs and omelets de jour, among others. Also, in the late afternoons our breakfast room serves as the stage for a casual and informal afternoon tea with a daily baked item and a display of herb teas and blends. We are pleased to announce that we have now a full bar and gourmet restaurant on a bistro like setting, serving exclusively our guests and their friends. We offer a one option four course meal on a menu that changes every week. Price fix menu ranges between $25 and $35 per person. At the kitchen, we prepare only what we need every day in order to provide our patrons with the freshest ingredients and outstanding service.
