The Inn has been serving skiers, hikers and people who love the mountains since 1938. The Inn was the first lodge built in Vermont to specifically serve the skiing community. The McGrath family took ownership in July, 1977. They have restored the Inn to its rustic splendor. The inn is ideally located right on route 4, 1/4 mile up the road from Killington's Pico base lodge, making the Inn at Long Trail one of the closest inns to Killington. Also the new Green Mountain Golf Course is only minutes away.
