Fully equipped kitchen, clawfoot tub/shower, new patio and covered porch await your relocation or vacation stay. Perfect for two people, but a child can be accommodated on an air mattress. Located on a bus route, a short 10 minutes from town. A mooring buoy is available if you arrive by boat! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed."
