A single fisherman on an otherwise tranquil lake made the scene. Day Two: Mostly overcast, but it does not set the tone of the day as two Canadian geese with seven goslings show life as it is. Day Three: Early rise. Lake and mountains shrouded in mist...something out of Scotland? Not really, just Washington. Just ....beautiful." ... "A gaggle of geese..ducks bathing along the shore...and the smell of blueberry pancakes coming through the door. So peaceful...so serene. Who would have thought we could have all this and be less than two hours from home?" "How memorable...how unforgettable...this weekend." " |
