Enjoy, while you snuggle under goose down and eat a delicious breakfast in bed. You are likely to see eagles, seals, sea otters, a multitude of shorebirds, and maybe an Orca or California Gray Whale. You will have a hard time leaving your private waterfront deck. You will appreciate the wonderful weather and low rainfall that Camano Island receives during all four seasons. Camano Island Inn is perfectly located far from stress and distraction, yet only 1 hour from either Seattle or the Canadian border, east of Whidbey Island and south of the San Juan Islands. No ferry is necessary. Each waterfront room at Camano Island Inn is one of a kind - luxurious, quiet, and very private, with special touches that cater to your comfort. Your room will feature a private waterfront deck with beautiful views of Saratoga Passage; the Olympic Mountains; magnificent sunsets; and wildlife; including eagles and whales. Rooms and public spaces are appointed with original artwork from local artists. All rooms have private baths with oversize showers and heated tile floors, robes, TV/VCR/CABLE, and telephones. You may choose either a Queen or King bed, complete with featherbed, duvet, and mounds of pillows. For a romantic special occasion, choose a room with an in-room jetted tub-for-two. Foods Your full breakfast may be eaten in the dining room, or delivered in a basket to your door. Either way, you choose the time. Breakfast typically includes a delicious egg dish, fresh fruit (often from our own orchard), freshly baked goods, juice and coffee. Restaurants are nearby for lunch and dinner. "

Driving Directions: From Interstate 5, take exit 212. The signs will say Highway 532, to Stanwood and Camano Island. At the stop sign, turn left (West) onto Highway 532, following the signs to Stanwood and Camano Island. Follow Highway 532 through Stanwood and onto Camano Island. Continue on Highway 532 as it takes a wide sweeping turn to the left (South) and becomes East Camano Drive. Avoid exiting onto North Camano Drive, which exits Highway 532 to the right. Heading South on East Camano Drive, you will pass a Texaco, Camano Plaza grocery store, and Camaloch Golf Course. These will all be on your left. One half mile past the golf course, look for Camano Hill Road on the right. Turn right onto Camano Hill Road. Continue over Camano Hill to the stop sign. At the stop sign, turn left (South) onto West Camano Drive. As West Camano Drive nears the water, look for Camano Island Inn on your right. Look for the river rock fence posts lining the parking area and the two story river rock fireplace. There is a large carved wood sign out front beneath the arbor. Usually, we will hear you pull in and greet you at the front door. If we happen to not hear you, please ring the front doorbell, we will be right there.
