You can see a hundred miles from the window! The Big Horn region has been a vacation destination since frontier times, but its features remain largely underdeveloped and unknown to most tourists. The Bighorn area offers many activities, including: Horseback riding- scenic trails, great wranglers and good horses Mountain biking- ranging from challenging to pleasant scenic touring Hiking- rigorous trails in the Cloud Peak Wilderness but also moderate walking trails to awesome pristine places Auto touring- empty forest roads that can be explored by ordinary drivers. Art museums and galleries Fly fishing pristine lakes and streams that rank 'undiscovered' classification History tours-- Battle of Little Big Horn, Custer's Last Stand, Indian reservations Rodeos, Indian powwows, polo matches Wildlife safaris- moose, elk, deer, eagles and much more! Guest cabins have rustic, but not primitive, atmosphere with shower baths and queen-size beds, and are tucked away in secluded spots on our 40 acre mountainside. Guests gather at the main house for a gracious mountain breakfast hosted by Ron and Bobbie.
