Conditions We can offer you a home away from home in a quiet but central area. All of our rooms have been refurbished in December, 2005. Bed & Breakfast for 1 night, or at a cheaper price from 3 nights onwards.
Our holiday appartment weekly prices do not include breakfast, but is also available on request.
We have newly availabe a larger appartment which is also suitable for our handicapped guests who are confined to a wheelchair, or for those who prefer a little more comfort.

Driving Directions: How to find us from the highway A61 Haus am Zeiberberg is situated in Westum which is a suburb of Sinzig. Exit Highway 61 at Dreieck Sinzig, and again at Sinzig/Remagen. Turn right when you come to the T Junction, the first village is Loehndorf, the second is Westum. Turn right at Drosselweg in Westum, drive to the end and cross over the street and drive between the playground and the kindergarden, make a right turn and the next turn left. You drive direct to Haus am Zeiberberg. B9 from Koblenz Turn into Sinzig in the direction Koenigsfeld on the Rhineallestrasse, drive through the small traffic lights, after 800 metres turn right into Harbachstrasse, and drive to the traffic lights at the top of the hill, turn left into Westumer Str., direction Westum, at the Church in Westum, a left turn, a 90 degree turn right at the RWE bakery, into Krechelheimer Street, keep left of the school but straight ahead out of town, make a left turn to Haus am Zeiberberg. B9 from Bonn Second exit from B9 into Sinzig and then as above from the Koblenz directions. Guests who travel by train take the train to Sinzig, then with the Taxi to Westum, or by arrangement, we can meet you.

Local Area Attractions: Sinzig which is situated on the Rhine River and at the entrance to the Ahr Valley, world famous for it's red wine and very popular with the tourists for its bike, walking paths and friendly people. Our house is very central to the cities of Bonn, Cologne and Koblenz, also ideal for the business man who is looking for economical accommodation for Fairs/ Expos/Messe which are frequently held in these cities. The surrounding gardens, terraces (which includes ample seating for large groups), fruit trees and the nearby fields and forests add to it´s beauty and tranquil atmosphere. When you stay at our house you can taste a combination of Australian and German hospitality. We can help you with your tour planning if necessary. We have an information corner with english brochures.
