Our quaint New England country home is centrally located one block from Newport's famous Cliff Walk and Easton's Beach. Nearby are the Bellevue Avenue shops, and Waterfront activities.

Driving Directions: From the South:
Take route 95 past New London and Mystic to the exit for 138 / URI . You will follow 138 east thru South Kingstown. When you reach the intersection with route 1 (Mobil station on right), take a left. Several miles up, there will be a sign for 138 east and the Newport bridge. Take the exit, and cross both bridges. At the end of the Newport bridge (second bridge), bear right to a light. This is Farewell St., go straight. At the next light bear right and follow America's Cup Avenue thru town to the fourth light. Go straight up the hill at the Red Parrot restaurant, (now Memorial Blvd.) Go thru two lights, crossing Bellevue Ave., and 3 - 4 blocks on the right you will see a white cape, with a red door and an American flag. That is Cooney Cottage (number 87).

From the North:
Take 95 south thru Providence. After Green airport, take a left onto route 4 south. Take 4 south; it will merge with route 2, and then route 1. You will see signs for 138/ Newport bridge. Take the exit, and cross both bridges. At the end of the Newport bridge (second bridge), bear right to a light. This is Farewell St., go straight.
