La Farge Perry House  

Lounge in a queen sized four poster bed, highlighted by a crystal chandelier and reprints of actual paintings by John La Farge. Luxuriate with your sweetheart in the huge white marble bathroom jacuzzi tub.

A full breakfast is served in our beautiful dining room where you are surrounded by scenes of Newport on a mural original to the house painted in 1900. With handmade linens and 300 thread count sheets, our rooms have extraordinary comfort; many with small sitting areas and most have single or double jacuzzi bath tubs.

Our wish is to make the guest feel as if they were in "their own home away from home" for their stay. Our staff is available to answer any questions about our inn, Newport "hot spots"-for dining, dancing and live music

Breakfast: The Innkeeper is a former restaurant chef offering a choice of eggs any style; buttermilk pancakes and Brioche French toast as well as homemade pastries and fresh fruit-there is also tea and cookies or scones at 3 pm

Driving Directions: Given from whatever direction of arrival when receiving confirmation letter, email or fax

Local Area Attractions: Mansion tours, boating, beaches, museums, shopping and over 200 restaurants on the island. The inn is on a quite street but within walking distance to all downtown activities.

Onsite Activities: fireplace in kitchen common area, backyard sculpted garden, front porch and small balcony off 3rd floor. There are VHS films available, common areas set-up for relaxation-weekend stays through winter months include bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries. Jacuzzi tubs are very popular.
