From the trellis covered deck or the gazebo you may gaze across a meadow of wildflowers. You'll feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of Newport, only three minutes away.

Polly, a long time resident, provides helpful information to her guests about the area, its restaurants and events taking place.

Polly's home is a quiet haven, surrounded by large Weeping Willow trees and a lively babbling brook which passes through the yard and flowering gardens changing with the seasons.

Over the years Polly has hosted many America's Cup sailing crew members and other popular sporting groups from around the world. An avid traveller, herself, she will share her many interesting experiences with you.

The bedrooms are large with king-size beds and private baths. They include cable TV and air conditioning.
A generous gourmet breakfast may include items such as strawberry waffles, stuffed French toast, garden quiche, or frittatas served with fresh fruits of the season in the dining room or on the back deck overlooking the yard, brook and wildlife.
