Widely considered among the most exquisite of all Charleston inns, Governor's House is a magnificent Charleston SC inn ideally situated in the heart of the famous Charleston Historic District. It's not surprising that the former Governor's mansion was proclaimed the most glamorous Charleston SC bed and breakfast by one national travel magazine. Located just a short walk from Charleston's legendary Battery, Old Market, and Spoleto venues, Governor's House Inn reflects the romance and grandeur of the South's most picturesque city. The Charleston Governor's House Inn (circa 1760) has been declared a U.S. National Landmark and is honored to be the most historic hotel in Charleston South Carolina |
