Cumberland Falls Bed and Breakfast Inn is conveniently located just 3 miles from the majestic Biltmore Estate, just 15 minutes to the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and within walking distance to historic downtown Asheville.

Breakfast: Breakfast at our home is an event! Three courses and made with the freshest of ingredients, we promise an experience that will delight the eyes as well as the palate.

Driving Directions: From Raleigh, Winston Salem, Hickory: Take I-40 West to Asheville - exit onto 240 West. Travel on 240 West to Exit 4C (Montford Exit). Go Right onto Montford Avenue. Travel on Montford Avenue to the first stoplight (W. Chestnut St.). Turn right onto W. Chestnut - travel for approx. 200 yards to the blinking light. This is Cumberland Avenue - turn left onto Cumberland. Travel on Cumberland Avenue for 4/10 of a mile to our driveway on the left. Turn into our driveway - parking is in the rear of the house.
