Summer Cottage Inn  

Located in the heart of Cape May at 613 Columbia Avenue, the Summer Cottage Inn offers you a warm and friendly atmosphere with gracious hospitality. From the moment you awaken to the wonderful aroma of breakfast until those last quiet moments you spend in your favorite rocker on the veranda, your stay will be filled with all the pleasures that Cape May offers! The Inn was commissioned to be built in 1867 by S.A. Harrison as a family summer vacation cottage. It was designed and built in the Italianate style, complete with cupola, by the renowned architect, Stephen Decatur Button.

Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled, the deposit (less a $20.00 processing fee) is refundable if we are able to re-rent the entire length of your reservation.

Driving Directions: FROM THE NORTH: Take the Garden State Parkway to the end. Follow signs over the canal bridge and continue straight on Lafayette Street to the first traffic light. Turn left on to Madison Street. Go 3 blocks and turn right on to Columbia Avenue at the Water Tower. Proceed 5 blocks until the War Memorial Monument. The Inn is on your right.
