Late Night arrivals possible - by prior arrangement. Light Breakfast Snacks provided in rooms for Clients with early morning Flights to catch. We are not on any Flight paths, so a quiet night's sleep should be guaranteed.

Located just 5 minutes from the M4 & Heathrow by Car or Taxi; the Guest House also has very good Transport links. Oakwood is close to the M4, M25 & M40 Motorways & benefits from a highly efficient Uxbridge area local Bus network, with Bus stops very close by. A regular Thames Train service runs to Paddington/ London every 15 minutes Monday-Friday - or to Slough, Reading & Oxford in the opposite direction, from West Drayton Station.

The Station is just a 5 minute walk away. Inexpensive, reliable local Taxi service - with LHR CARS of West Drayton, 01895-444333/ 444444, arranged to and from Heathrow airport, by our staff. Frequent, efficient connecting National Express Coach Service from Gatwick, Stansted & Luton Airports to Heathrow.

Driving Directions: From M4/ HEATHROW DIRECTION: Take the M4 from the M25 (Junction 15) and leave the M4 very rapidly at Junction 4 (Uxbridge A408/ Heathrow) and concentrate HARD! Stay in left-hand lane and filter (second) left at busy traffic light complex, into Cherry Lane, between the Crowne Plaza Hotel and the Novotel, where there is an arrowhead pointing left, West Drayton. Cherry Lane turns into Sipson Rd, continue driving & go straight at the 2 small traffic lights after a ‘Costcutter’ parade of shops on the left, then passing the “Fox & Pheasant” on the right - into Station Road. After Drayton Hall, and then St Martin's Vets on the left and a Black and Red Texaco garage on the right, you will see Oakwood Guest House - after the “Six Bells” Pub, on the right. We have 3 compact Parking Spaces available on either side of the front door, on Station Road. Secure, longer-term parking is available behind the Guest House. Turn right just before Chas Cameron Lettings, into Brandville Road; turn right immediately afterwards, into Bellclose Road & then immediately right again, into the mesh gated car park (with green garage doors ahead of you). Please ring the front door bell as you pass, or call us on 07754-537682/ 07720-074800, to have the Car Park opened up for you. From M40/ UXBRIDGE: We recommend that you take the Uxbridge Exit (1A) off the M40 and then take the A4020 towards Uxbridge. Do not go into the shopping centre, but at the second big roundabout/ Traffic Light complex at the big Manpower building, take the A408 to your right - towards Cowley/ Yiewsley and Heathrow. Drive through Cowley, past a Tesco Express/ Esso Garage on the right, and continue along the A408 a few miles, past various warehouses on your right, until you come to the big Traffic Light in Yiewsley - with Iceland and Aldi on your right; continue through Yiewsley, past Woolworths and the HSBC Bank on the left, over the Canal bridge and past West Drayton station on left. After you pass the Spar Supermarket on the left and then the Lance Owen Vauxhall garage on your right, you will see us a little further along on the left - beyond the silver-grey shutters and just before the “Six Bells” Pub.
