In the very heart of Amsterdam, close to the longest shopping street of the Netherlands but nonetheless in a quiet residential area, surrounded by the most attractive canals, you will find the Amsterdam-Inn bed and breakfast.

It only takes a short 3 minutes walk to central station. Bars, coffee shops, laundries as well as banks, cinemas, museums and so forth are located within our neighbourhood. Schiphol Airport can be reached within only 20 minutes by car or train.

Our building, which is listed as a monument erected in the sixteenth century, has recently been renovated and provides all modern comforts. The haarlemmerstraat is a former sea dike which time has shaped into a lovely street where restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bike rentals, banks, cinemas, museums etc. invite you to have a look around. At walking distance you will find the central square of the canal city De Dam, the famous shopping street Kalverstraat, a smaller but very beautiful square with nice cafés, the Rembrand plein, furthermore the royal palace of Amsterdam, Anne Frank huis, de Jordaan, the red light district, Waterloo plein , Zoo Artis, Leidsche Plein, The Rijksmuseum, which is the national museum of art. You should not miss to visit some of the traditional local markets such as Albert Cuyp markt, and the flower market.

Driving Directions: When you arrive at Amsterdam, take the ring road A10 and follow the direction A10 WEST. Take the exit S103 direction centrum (you will have to turn right for that). You are now on the Haarlemmerweg. Keep driving straight on, pass the bridge, turn left (along the taxi station) and then take the first street right (ABN AMRO bank on the corner). You are now on Haarlemmerdijk. Again take straight direction, pass the bridge and so you finally arrive in Haarlemmerstraat. Amsterdam-Inn B&B is located at the right side of the road at number 79B.
