Located in a quiet neighborhood in the downtown/plateau area, right at the foot of the mountain, Mont-Royal. Blocks away from the major streets of Montreal, Sherbrooke, St. Catherines, St. Laurent, and Crescent. Right next to McGill University, and only a short walk from Concordia's downtown campus. Minutes away from grocery stores and all your needs. We also have laundry access in the building.

Breakfast: Our breakfast is served in the lounge with tea/coffee, orange juice, bagel, croissant, creamcheese, butter, jam, fresh fruit, cereal, milk and yougurt. We buy our bagels from Montreal`s most famous Bagel shop-St-Viateur.

Driving Directions: From US Border Take Highway 10 and stay on it until the very very end, (Highway changes name to "Bonaventure Auto route", and then becomes "University Street"), stay on University Street, cross Sherbrooke St and then Milton St, and then make a right turn on Prince Arthur street. You will see our sign on the left. Within Canada Take Highway 720 (also known as Ville Marie Expressway) going into downtown Montreal. If you are coming from the West: Take exit number 4, stay in the left lane, and then follow the "Rue University" street signs. Drive north on University Street (towards the mountain) past Ste-Catherine St, Sherbrooke St. and Milton St. Turn right on Prince Arthur. We are on the left. If you are coming from the East: Take University Street exit and follow the "Rue University" street signs. Drive north on University Street (towards the mountain) past Ste-Catherine St, Sherbrooke St. and Milton St. Turn right on Prince Arthur. We are on the left. If you get lost, first get to Ste-Catherine street and then turn left on University Street.

Local Area Attractions: We are located near University Street, at the quiet end of Prince Arthur Street which is one of favourite Montreal spots full of sidewalk cafes and bring your wine restaurants. Train station, downtown shopping malls, chinatown, festival sites and Montreal`s biggest green space (Mount Royal Park) is all within 10-15 minutes of walking distance.
