In a country setting overlooking a picturesque working farm in the heart of Lancaster County Amish country, you'll find our B&B surrounded by cottage gardens. Built in 1941, our brick colonial house was constructed by an Amishman for a Mennonite family of five children. In 1964, it was sold and then served as a tourist home in the late 60's and early 70's. In 1992, it underwent extensive remodeling and a Gathering Room was added with lots of windows and a vaulted ceiling, where breakfast is now served. In July 1994, the B&B opened its doors to the public. Come and enjoy our pastoral farm view from the rocking chairs on the front porch or the gazebo, the perennial flowers mixed with annuals and the herb gardens on our grounds, or a quiet evening on the patio. Our rooms have tastefully created interiors and clean comfortable queen beds. You can choose a room with a canopy bed, a fireplace, or a room with a 2-person Jacuzzi. All rooms are centrally air-conditioned for your comfort. We have three common area rooms which are reserved for conversation, reading, watching TV, or playing board games. Bountiful breakfasts are served in the spacious Gathering room. Closeby are the outlets and music theaters. Enjoy the hospitality and warmth of a Lancaster County B&B. Non-smoking. If you wish, we can make arrangements for dinner in an Amish home.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival are refunded only if the room can be re-rented. A $15 cancellation fee will apply.

Driving Directions: Going East on Rt. 30, take Exit 462. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right and get into the center lane. At the traffic light, turn left. We are 1 mile further on the right. Going West on Rt. 30, turn left at the traffic light at Rt. 896. Almost immediately, turn right on to Rockvale Road (directly behind the outlets.) Go 1 1/2 miles to the 3rd stop sign. Turn right on to Strasburg Pike. We are 1/2 mile further on the left.
