We welcome you to our spacious turn-of-the-century colonial home nestled in the Lancaster Amish and Mennonite farm countryside near cultural and performing arts attractions. A wrap-around porch welcomes you to our Inn and once inside features chestnut woodwork and pocket doors. Our accommodations include four guest rooms, each with a private bath, with king and three queen size beds and cable TV. We are close to the popular shopping outlets centers, specialty/craft shops, railroad museums and rides, the American Music, Living Waters and Sight & Sound theaters, biking roads, covered bridges, and other major attractions. Sarah serves a full delicious country breakfast using hormone free milk and eggs from Amish and Mennonite farms as well as fruit from their orchards and produce from their gardens. We attempt to maintain a healthy environment for all our guests by limiting chemical scents and providing a smoke and pet-free environment for the benefit of our guests who have allergy and asthma conditions. |

Driving
Directions: From the west, take US 30 east from York, or PA 283 east from Harrisburg which becomes US 30 East. Follow Local Directions below.
From the north, take US 222 South, Pa 501 South or PA 72 South to US 30 East. Go US 30 East. Follow Local Directions below.
From the east, US 30 west to PA 41 south then take Pa 741 west about 12 miles to Walnut Lawn, the first house on the right after entering the Village of Lampeter. Alternatively, take the PA turnpike west to exit 286, (Reading-Lancaster exit) and take US 222 south to US 30 East. Go US 30 East. Follow Local Directions below.
From the south, 1) US 222 north or PA 272 north to Penn Grant Road and turn right. Follow around to the left onto Lampeter Road. At the traffic light in Lampeter turn right onto PA 741 and go ½ mile to Walnut Lawn. 2) I-83 north from Baltimore to York then take US 30 East from York. Follow Local Directions below.
Local Directions:
Look for the Exit at Route 462, Lincoln Highway. Turn right (west) and go to the first traffic light (1/10 mile) and turn left onto Strasburg Pike. Go to Pioneer Road (2.5 miles) and turn right. Go 8/10 mile to Book Road and turn left. Walnut Lawn is 8/10 mile on the right, the last driveway before the stop sign on Village Road.
