Located on a quiet residential street in the antiques district, yet just a short walk from all the historic sites, Our House Bed and Breakfast & Garden Studios combines two 1880s Victorians offering three inn guestrooms with full breakfast and two Garden Studios with continental breakfast. In the main Inn, our "Greenhaven" room is a dreamily romantic retreat with king-size bed and classic claw-foot tub in the bedchamber. Guests in "Morningview" snuggle into a queen-size four-poster bed and awaken surrounded by spirit-lifting sunlight. "Fern Garden" on the first floor has a queen-size bed, Jacuzzi whirlpool for two and private back porch. Full breakfast is served in our garden-overlook dining room. Two kitchenette-equipped Garden Studios, "Jasmine" and "Azalea", offer queen beds, whirlpool baths and private entrances. The Studios include in-room CONTINENTAL breakfast.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit, minus $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if cancellation is made no less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Breakfast: inquire Room rates for the main inn include coffee service delivered outside your guestroom door at 8 a.m., and a three-course full breakfast served at 9 a.m. in the dining room. Garden Studios include in-room self-catered continental breakfast.

Driving Directions: FROM POINTS NORTH: Take I-95 to Exit 318 (formerly Exit 95) and head east on SR 16. At US1 turn right, following US1 south. After about a mile, watch for the Pizza Hut restaurant on the left. That’s at the corner of Cincinnati Avenue. Turn left onto Cincinnati and continue east to Our House, at 7 Cincinnati Ave., on your right.

FROM POINTS SOUTH: Take I-95 to Exit 311 (formerly Exit 94) and head east on SR 207. At US1 turn left, following US1 north. DO NOT follow the signs directing traffic to bear off of US1 onto King Street toward Flagler College and Historic Sites. Instead, continue on US1 through the King Street intersection. At West Castillo start watching on your right for the Pizza Hut restaurant, which is on the corner of Cincinnati Avenue. Turn right onto Cincinnati and continue east to Our House, 7 Cincinnati Ave., on your right.
