Coccinelle Bed & Breakfast is located steps away from the historic French Quarter and trendy Frenchmen Street in the Faubourg Marigny district. These buildings were built circa 1840 for Jeremiah Tester and his wife Felicitas, who may have been the originator of pralines, a signature New Orleans candy today.

Our two guest rooms occupy a separate building (formerly the servants' quarters) with its own entrance and a second floor balcony overlooking our flagstone inner courtyard and lush tropical garden. Each room has a Jacuzzi tub with shower and all the amenities to help you after a day of meetings, shopping or sightseeing.

We pride ourselves on our full breakfasts and extras that we provide our guests. We will serve you breakfast in the garden courtyard, in your room or in the breakfast area of the main house.

We want your stay with us to be relaxing and memorable - to that end we will help you arrange tours and offer suggestions on our favorite restaurants and places to visit. And to help you invigorate your evening a licensed masseur is available by appointment.

All in all, an oasis of peace and quiet just half a block stroll from the exciting sights and sounds of the historic French Quarter. We like it that way and are confident you will too.
