15 minutes from the centre of Strasbourg, in the heart of the old Schiltigheim, La Cour de J'Anne is a converted barn in the grounds of an 18th century farmhouse built in the traditionnal Alsatian style. The location is ideal for both the city and the countryside. The European Parliament buildings are within walking distance. We will be pleased to welcome you to this little cottage (self-catering) of 35m². We can welcome 2 people ,we provide towels, sheets and quilts. you will also find a parking space for your car or bikes, included in the price. At the Ground floor you will find a fully equiped kitchendiner with dishwasher, micro wave oven and all the little things to make you confortable and independant, an armchair can be used as a spare single bed..... Outside there is a lovely patio in the shade(18m²) At the first floor, you find a bedroom with a double bed and cable tv,a bathroom with washbasin and powershower, and from the room you get to a large private terrace (20m²) with deckchairs and umbrellas. It only takes you a few minutes to get to all the facilities like supermarkets (organic food too,) butcher's, baker's, postoffice , banks, doctors and pharmacy and the Thursday's market at the town hall square. Schiltigheim, the city of beer where the breweries Fischer, Heineken are. Only a few minutes by car, Kronenbourg's brewery organises visits mostly every day You can get to Strasbourg centre in 10 minutes by bus or by tram.Strasbourg can be visited by bike, by foot, on a boat cruising on the river Ill or using the tram Most people love to visit the medieval streets of the old town (Unesco classified) , the European Institutions , the gardens and squares , the museums and markets and the famous Christmas market.
