the House La Almendra y El Gitano is situated in Agua Amarga. In the middle of the desert, an oasis of silence where you will be able to listen to yourself. An exclusive place to relax.
The House has 3 rooms and 2 suites, sound insulation, with total independence and a peaceful and wonderful view of a nice valley from each individual terrace. The rooms offer high quality and comfort, exquisitely decorated, TV and DVD, latex mattresses. The suites include a minibar and Jacuzzi.
Also, the land has some very pretty spots such as the one that provides the shade of Don Anselmo (a carob tree which is more than 300 years old), the swimming pool (situated on a terrace at the bottom of the piece of land and separate from the House) or the irrigation tank (an ancient water tank, inherited from the Moorish culture).

Cancellation Policy: The 30% deposit will be refunded if cancelation 2 weeks before the arrival day.

Breakfast: our breakfast include different bread of the area, whit extra virgin oils and butter, jam and cheese, yogurts, pancakes, natural orange joice, cereals, coffe or tea.

Driving Directions: speedway Almeria- Murcia, exit 494 Carboneras, at 8 km. turn right Agua Amarga, at 1,5km turn right to Fernan Perez , at 800 mts turn left to Cala del Plomo, then you will see la almendra y el gitano

Local Area Attractions: Agua Amarga Horse Riding Club - organized excursions on horseback,ponnies,donkey towed carts as well as riding classes at the riding school. Diving Club - sailing,cannoeing and motorboat cruises. Treking - a range of long and short routes visiting beautiful sights with ancient arabic fountains,experts guided flora and fauna watching through Agua Amarga Natural Park. Sightseing around old side of the town with castels and towers including stop-overs at restaurants offering the traditional cuisine of the area,virgin and exotic beach and bays a nevermiss excursion for bathers and suntan lovers. Renta a bike and enjoy a ride through heavenly path ways,a relaxing way to do some exersise. Routes of 4x4 in the natural park Cabo de Gata and the Tabernas Desert. Ride in saling boat that eleven metres for four hours along the coastline cabo de Gata.The price for person is 50Ä. Canoeing (Since July until October).
