Arundel Mansion  

"Arundel Mansion, built in 1910 (and still a work in progress sponsored by the City of New Westminster), offers luxury suites very comfortably sleeping two to four people. Each is an example of the 'craftsman' period of architecture with big bay windows, high ceilings, wood floors and the built in buffets have stained glass doors. Not everyone will appreciate the anachronistic charm that can be found in this building because we are making every effort to avoid the obviously modern. We can, however, rent you a cell phone and we have free wireless Internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and appliances and there are both 'kitchen' and 'dining' china and cutlery. There is a bathroom which comes complete with large claw foot roll top bath with shower which can take you back to an almost forgotten time. 20 minutes by skytrain takes you to the heart of downtown Vancouver, 25 minutes by road to the airport and 25 minutes to the ferries. Pick-up and delivery in one of our classic cars can be arranged. We have an aircraft and because we are familiar with the needs of pilots, we can provide a pick up from any of the local airfields, and assistance with pilots' needs. "
