Driving
Directions: A Place by the Sea is only a few minutes drive from the quaint village of Sechelt and is located on the waterfront of Sechelt Inlet.
From the Lower Mainland/Vancouver area, board the Langdale ferry in Horseshoe Bay. The Horseshoe Bay - Langdale Ferry runs approximately every 2 hours and the ferry crossing time is 40 minutes. Once off the ferry, follow the signs for Highway 101 North to Sechelt (26 km) - about a 30 minute drive from the Ferry. When arriving in Sechelt, just past the McDonald’s, you will come to the intersection with a light of Highway 101 and Wharf Ave. Turn right at this light and follow Wharf. You will go straight through a 4 way stop which will take you by the marina and the Lighthouse Pub on your right. Follow this road up a hill and then turn right on Trail Ave, then right again on Marine Way. We are at 5810 Marine Way. You will see our sign on the right hand side of the road……welcome to A Place by the Sea.
