One of the most superlative inns in British Columbia...

A couple of days at Mulvehill may well be the highlight of your trip...

What you always dreamed about Western Canada, it has it all: The majestic mountains, a mirrored lake, an nearly impenetrable forest, an effervescent creek, a breathtaking waterfall, birds and wildlife - all at your doorstep...

"When you leave the Highway, you come into another world!" declare both, Cornelia and René Hueppi, who opened their Mulvehill Creek Wilderness Retreat in 1996 - as a Bed & Breakfast for up to eighteen guests. And you get just that feeling when you turn onto the steep one mile driveway leading to this unique place. Suddenly the forest embraces you, the wind calms down, the "go all the time" of the highway is far behind you while you dive into a serene, calming atmosphere.

First class lodging, 6 King/Queen/Twin, Honeymoon (jacuzzi, firepolace/balcony) and anniversary suites, all ensuite bathroom, A romatic chapel for weddings or as seminar centre, a 100 m breathtaking easy accessible waterfall, a lively creek, sandy and gravel beaches, a mirroring 400 km long lake without other boats, more than 100 species of birds (ducks clean the heated saltwater pool from bugs), outdoor hot tub, historic shingle mill and mirco hydro plant, fish pond, unbelievable mountain and lake views, many trails, wild berries and mushrooms, Bernese Mountain Dog Breeding Kennel (sorry, no other dogs)
