Lovely family farmlet with animals to pet and lots of space to play volleyball or have a hot spa. Hot poached farm eggs with breakfast, free farm tour by Aria. No sulphur smell, no traffic, but still in town boundaries so really quick and easy to find - the absolute best of both worlds!

Driving Directions: From North = come in on main highway along Fairy Springs Rd -> at first main lights turn right into Clayton Rd. From South = Come in on main highway along Fenton St. At McDonalds lights turn left and follow along until T-intersection. Turn right into Old Taupo Rd. Second set of lights turn left into Clayton Rd. We are number 396 about 3km up on the left!
