Mike and Angie welcome you to their B&B, “The Lodging Hub of Cochise County”. The B&B features 4 themed rooms with a large guest area and is located on The San Pedro River, one of the best migratory birding areas in the US. The B&B is perfect for short day trips to historical sites, National Monuments, ghost towns, Tombstone, Bisbee, Kartchner Caverns, wineries, hiking, birding, San Pedro Valley Observatory and a movie studio. The dark night skies are wonderful for stargazing and the B&B has a Dobsonian telescope for your use. Enjoy the fantastic view along with a full breakfast.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the reservation is allowed up to 10 days prior to the stay less a $25.00 charge.

Breakfast: A full breakfast is served Quiche, stuffed french toast, souffle, crepes, waffles and other types of full breakfasts. We also will meet special dietary requirements, Let us know in advance.

Driving Directions: From I- 10 take Arizona 80 south of Benson to Apache Powder Rd. or from Tombstone take Arizona 80 through St David and cross the San Pedro River. Then turn on Apache powder road to the south and travel down Apache Powder Road 5.2 miles. You will go past the Apache Powder Plant and at this point the road becomes a dirt road. Continue on Apache Powder until it ends and you are forced to turn left onto Escalante. Go east on Escalante past Cary Rd and continue through the open gate (there is a sign at the gate that states "DMR Ranch" "Road Closed No Trespassing or Hunting"). Continue straight down the road past the cut off power poles for approximately 1 mile to Efken Place. Turn left onto Efken and proceed to Down By The River at 2255 Efken Place.
