Cancellation Policy: If a room is rebooked after a cancellation there is no fee. If room cannot be rebooked, a cancellation fee is charged.

We have pets. Children are welcome.

Driving Directions: It is located just west of Del Norte Colorado on the westbound side of U.S. Highway 160. Del Norte is in the South Central part of Colorado in the scenic San Luis Valley. The valley is surrounded by the Sangre de Christo mountains to the east and the San Juan mountains to the north, west, and south. The highways are good and maintained well. The mountain passes west, north, and east of the valley are closed occasionally in the middle of winter, but usually only for very short periods of time. The route from the south follows the Rio Grande river valley and involves no mountain passes.
