Country Heritage Bed and Breakfast has five rooms. Two of the rooms are suites with heart shaped whirlpool baths, fireplace, and private balcony. The other suite is a secluded third floor attic room with whirlpool bath and small balcony. The other two rooms share a bathroom. If you are looking for a quiet serene country setting than this is the place to be. Full breakfast included. Fine dining is available for our guest by reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Notice must be received 2 days before arrival. If cancellation is necessary within 2 days before arrival, refund of deposit less $30 will be made

We have pets. Children are welcome.

Breakfast: We serve fresh fruit, breads, hot entree, orange juice and coffee. On Sundays we serve brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Driving Directions: We are located 5 miles east of I-35(exit 165) on Highway 3. From Hampton we are located five miles west on Highway 3.

Local Area Attractions: Golfing, fishing, antique shops, historical musuems,snowmobiling, cross country sking, bike trails, Franklin County Fair in July.

Onsite Activities: Bird watching from your balcony or sipping a glass of raspberry ice tea in the gazebo enjoying the sounds of mother nature. Or stroll the five acres and check out the barn crafted in 1920 by the innkeepers great great grandfather all original.
