Breakfast: Typically: choice of two juices, gourmet flavored coffee, yogurt, fruit, bread (muffins, pancakes or french toast), eggs, meat (pork).

Driving Directions: Located 75 miles south of Des Moines. From Hwy 35 take Hwy 2 east about 30 miles to county road S26 (green sign directs to Allerton). Turn south and drive for 3 miles. The inn is located on the west (right) side of the street one block after crossing the railroad tracks.

Local Area Attractions: Historic Round Barn Site (1 mile). Prairie Trails Museum (6 miles). Bobwhite State Park (2 miles). Log Chain Apiary (next door). Carnegie Library (6 miles). Local hunting and fishing opportunities.
