Prosperity School Bed & Breakfast  

Prosperity School was built in 1907, and has been an upscale Bed & Breakfast since August 2000. Three of the four comfortable guest rooms/suites have two-person massaging tubs, and two have showers in their en-suite full baths. High TC linens and feather comforters are on each bed. The B&B is furnished in late Victorian style with antiques. Central heat/air and ceiling fans provide year-round comfort. A full breakfast is always included in the room rate. See the grounds for many birds, small wildlife, and flowers in season. There is a covered deck in back for evening relaxation or that first cup of morning coffee.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 10 days prior to arrival are charged and receive a gift certificate. Less than 10 days, no credit.

We have pets. Please ask about children.

Breakfast: A full breakfast is served Fresh fruit, a hot hearty entree, bread, fresh-brewed coffee, and cold juice.

Driving Directions: From I-44, take exit 11B, three miles North to Zora exit, go right 0.7 miles, turn left, go 0.7 miles.We are on the right side.

Local Area Attractions: Downstream Casino, Sandstone Gardens, Harley Davidson Cycle Shop,Civil War, Historic Rt. 66,Precious Moments, shopping, restaurants, live theatres, Missouri Southern State University, water sports, golf.
