The inn is a three story home built in the early 1940s and was modified in the 1970s with a bathroom in each room and the addition of four rooms so that the house could be used as an annex for the Sydney James hotel. In 1989 the owners transformed the inn into a bed and breakfast. By 1997 the inn had gone through three owners then Linda and Steve Pickel purchased the inn. Since then the inn has gained world acclaim and has become a comfortable home away from home for travelers, locals, and stars alike. Steve is an avid motorcyclist and the inn is motorcycle friendly. The inn is located within walking distance of the parkway (US 441) and is just above light 7 in the middle of town. So? Pick your room and give them a call ! 1-800-541-3798 for your reservation! |
