Gecko Lodge Kalbarri is a 4.5 AAA star purpose built, luxury, adult accommodation, boutique bed and breakfast lodge, positioned only a stones throw from Chinamans Beach, Blue Holes, Murchison River mouth, shops and cafes, yet benefits from total seclusion and privacy.

The name 'Gecko Lodge' is inspired from Indonesian and Asian cultures believing that Geckos are a symbol of good luck and bring good luck to the house in which they live.

Gecko Lodge has four guest rooms catering to individual couples seeking privacy and relaxtion. Two guest rooms featuring spa baths and two guest rooms featuring 2 showers to the shower recess.

Our facility's include a guest breakfast room, a guest lounge room, a guest swimming pool and off the street parking. In fact the entire premises have been designed and built with guest privacy in mind.

* Please note: Gecko Lodge does not have any Guest cooking or food preparation facilities. However, there are some great cafes and food outlets to choose from while staying in Kalbarri.

Gecko Lodge is romantically appointed, with a modern funky twist. Designed for discerning singles or couples, Gecko Lodge provides an ideal base for which to explore the midwest and in particular,Kalbarri's local attractions, including our annual colourful display of wildflowers, deep sea fishing, whale watching and other various ocean based tours, or exploring the National Park and Murchison River Gorge either by canoe or trek, tours being available into the National Park nearly every day of the year (or of course you can explore independently).

The Murchison River is a perfect backdrop to spend the day or evening. Hire a dinghy or take a tour upriver and enjoy the tranquility and wonders of nature in a beautifully balanced Eco system.

Everywhere you look, Gecko Lodge exudes an air of refinement and understated elegance. We intend our reputation to grow as Kalbarri's 'in-town' adult retreat, justifying this by our high standards of comfort, hospitality and service to be offered to our disceming holiday and business travellers.

Breakfast: A full breakfast is served Breakfast is a choice of either full cooked or continental breakfast. We have choices from each selection.

Driving Directions: We are located at 9 Glass St, Kalbarri. Glass Stree runs off Red Bluff Road, which is a major road in Kalbarri. We are approx 900 metres from the Post Office.

Local Area Attractions: Murchison River Gorges, Coastal Gorges, Wildflowers, Whale Watching and Dolphin Watching, Deep Sea fishing,Beach fishing, Horse riding, 18 hole golf course, surfing, beach combing and much more.
