The house is set amoungst olive groves just below the Serria Tejos mountains. Truly rural Spain,with frequent donkey traffic and goat herds moving around the hills, it is a beautiful and romantic setting for a holiday.The villa is spacious with private terrace for the guest bedrooms and their own lounge/kitchenette. The villa is situated off a good tarmac road with a short steep track to the house, 2kms away from Riogordo,in the Axarquia region, a typical sleepy Spanish whitewashed village which can cater for all your needs. Banks,supermarkets,pharmacy,doctors,bars and resturants.

Driving Directions: Motorway from either, Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, or Sevilla 16km from Malaga is Casabermeja on N331 From Casabermeja take the A356 to Colmenar and Velez Malaga. 20km down this road is Riogordo, take the second exit signposted Riogordo just before the petrol station on the left. DO NOT GO TO RIOGORDO, turn left under the road you have just come off, road signposted Periana, in approx 2km you will see waymark 19 at the side of the road, take the next left on to narrow road on a right hand bend. Narrow road is below a large parking area. Follow road around the hairpin bend and up the hill we are the second turning on the left ( first into field). We are the top house, go straight up the track and park in the garage it will be empty.

Local Area Attractions: The location of the house is great for visits to Granada, Malaga, Antequera and Ronda. Close by are 3 Natural Parks. Torcal with its fabulous rock formations, Montes de Malaga with it pine forrests and the Serria Tejeda mountain range. All areas are abundant with flora and fauna, ideal for nature lovers, walkers and tourists. The last two have roads through and picnic areas. For more lively pursuits the coast 30km away has beaches galore, water parks an abundance of shops and restaurants. Days Out : Off road day trips into Serria de Tejeda (Parque Naturales) and surrounding mountains. Coffee and lunch included. Although we do not run a course in photography at present, we would be happy to provide a days photography. Sea, mountains, villages and towns. Also Parque Naturales. You choose. Please contact for prices as it is dependant on numbers. Pick up and return to airport is available. There is a good bus srvice to Malaga from the village. We will act as a taxi service to the beach and local towns and villages. Trains run from Antequera to all major cities.
