"La casa di Rosa" is a first class B&B located in Joppolo, between Capo Vaticano and Nicotera and only 20 km. from Tropea. This village enjoys an unique microclima that allows the growing of tropical plants, so that the air is rich of thousand scents. Along the beautiful promenade of over 3 km it is possible to take long and healthy walks with the view of the sunset on the Eolie islands.The beach is a stone beach.A modest expenditure to attend the four stars hotel "Cliffs" jacuzzi-pool or its bath house with bar, deckchairs and showers.

The B&B is on the ground floor of a magnificent villa,renovated in 2009, surrounded by 2000 square meters well maintained garden.All around beautiful countryside of olive and almond trees.You will feel truly "away from it all" and only 200 mts from the sea.
You can have your meals in nearby restaurants agreed with the B&B for half board or just catch a bite from a pizzeria at walking distance.


Three rooms, two triple and one double, open onto a large and cool porch, ventilated by two ceiling electric fans and nicely furnished with two armchairs, a big sofa, 2 deckchairs and 2 tables for breakfast.The fourth one, twin beds, opens onto a garden's corner equipped with wicker chairs in the shade of a gazebo.

Each room, elegantly furnished, has air conditioning , TV and a bath with shower.
Linen and towels are provided and changed every 3 days. Furthermore: inside parking, pet allowed, disabled access,motor raft renting to reach the wanderful close beaches, golf-course at 15 km.

Driving Directions: By car: Motorway A3, Rosarno exit, then up to Joppolo ss553 By train: station of Rosarno or Lamezia, then connecting to Joppolo By air: Lamezia airport, train to Joppolo. In the summer free transfer bus to Joppolo.

Local Area Attractions: Tropea,Capo Vaticano,Eolie Islands,Scilla,Sila mountains and lakes.
