Placed in a convenient location near 15 minutes away from main touristic attractions in the historic centre of Rome, this B&B offers 10 spacious rooms and an independent apartment. Completely renovated and opened in 2009, the Bed and Breakfast combines the ambience of the traditional Italian style with all modern amenities. Its remarkable size make it the ideal accommodation for small groups,which otherwise could have been accomodated only in much more impersonal and expensive hotels.

The rooms (singles, doubles, triples and quadruples) have each their own in-door bathroom and are equipped with a wealth of in room comforts - including flat-screen television, small fridge, Adsl connection, air conditioning, hair dryer, toilette set and a large safe. In the shared dining rooms of a small fridge, a microwave and a kettle with an offer of beverages and fruits are at guests’ disposal all along the day.

The apartment includes two rooms with balconies, a private bathroom and a dining room-kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric stove, microwave, kettle, sofa-bed, flat-screen television and a big table with 8 chairs. It can host up to 8 people and is available for short rentals.

Driving Directions: From the motorways: - A1 FROM FLORENCE: Continue on the motorway on the fork Roma Nord in direction of the G.R.A (Grande Raccordo Anulare or circonvallazione Nord). Take the G.R.A. and leave it at the crossroad SS4 Salaria (exit n. 8 direction Roma Centro-Salario). Cover the SS4 via Salaria for about 6km. After having passed the Airport of the Urbe and a flyover, turn right and get into the ring road Salaria in the direction of via Nomentana. Continue for about 1km on the same road ( that changes its name into Nomentana ring road) and then turn right at Largo Rodolfo Lanciani; cover all Via Lanciani , cross Largo Ettore De’ Ruggiero to get in Viale XXI Aprile. You are in front of the B&B. -A1 FROM NAPLES: Leave the motorway at the fork for Roma Sud on the E 821. Then turn left for the G.R.A (Grande Raccordo Anulare o circonvallazione Orientale )in the external carriageway , at the exit 14; maintain the left on the fork and then take the A 24 (Motorway Roma – l’Aquila in direction of Roma Center - Tangenziale Est) and follow the directions to Rome ; leave the road to the right on Via Andriulli then continue straight on onto Via dei Fiorentini, Via dei Monti Tiburtini and Via Rodolfo Lanciani. At the end of the latter, crossing Largo Ettore De’ Ruggiero you’ll find Viale XXI Aprile.

Local Area Attractions: The My Guest Roma is located in the green and residential area of the Torlonia and Borghese Parks. Both buses and metro easily connect it with the city centre (20 minutes to the Corso,Venezia square,Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain) and to the Termini Railway and Central Bus Station (15 minutes) through which the Fiumicino Airport is quickly reachable. A synagogue and the early christian Mausoleum of S. Costanza are at a walking distance as well as the main University of Rome La Sapienza, the night bars of the San Lorenzo area, the fashion shops of the Via Nazionale.
