Driving Directions: Castle Landing Guest Home is situated just minutes from the Argentia Ferry. We are an ideal starting point to explore some of the area’s historic landmarks and attractions, including Castle Hill National Historic Site, Argentia Backland Trails, O’Reilly House Museum, Atlantic Charter Site, walking and ATV trails. While Cape St. Mary’s Ecological Reserve and historic St. John’s are just a little over an hour’s drive away. If it’s buisness that brings you here, Castle Landing Guest Home is convienently located in close proximity to Argentia and Long Harbour’s Vale Inco Plant. Travel Directions: From St. John’s/St. John’s Airport – Locate the Trans Canada Highway (TCH), Route 1 , and travel west for approx 80 km. Just past Whitbourne you will find Route 100 – the Argentia Access Road. Turn left onto Route 100 and travel for 35 km and you will be entering the town of Dunville. Stay on this road until you come to the sign marked Placentia/St Brides, turn left onto Highway 100 South, continue for about 1/2 km and Castle Landing Guest Home is located on your right. From the Argentia Ferry – Leaving the Argentia Ferry you will take the first right exit which is route 100 south which is located just after passing the Visitor Information Centre on your left. Once on Route 100 South continue for about 1/2 km and Castle Landing Guest Home is located on your right.
