This beautiful Colonial Revival home has 10 Guest Rooms, eight with private bath and one private two bedroom unit that shares a newly renovated bath. The original structure was completed in 1908 by NY Assemblyman John Bartlett to entertain that period's luminaries. Now in its 3rd decade as a B&B, Owners Jack & Diane (since July 2003) have spent the last five years restoring this magnificent structure to its original beauty, and have added additional common areas to be enjoyed by all our Guests.

The Inn has a lovely wrap-around porch and gardens. The interior has Corinthian columns, stained glass windows, and remarkable inlaid white oak parquetry floors. The large Living Room has a romantic fireplace, as does the Master Bedroom. Throughout are intricate moldings rarely seen today. The Inn has a graceful elegance, with a warm and inviting ambiance. Its eclectic furnishings and adornments, are the result of Diane's years as an Interior Designer, and from Jack and Diane's years of travel to Asia, Africa, South America and Europe. Jack still travels for the World Wildlife Fund, and continues to acquire art, sculptures, and other items that add unique touches to the Inn's 10 Guestrooms and common areas.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded, less a $35 handling fee, if the cancellation is received fourteen (14) days prior to the first night of the reservation.

Breakfast: A buffet breakfast is avaliable a large European continental buffet breakfast is included for each room occupant - no one leaves Bartlett House hungry!

Driving Directions: By Car - Long Island Expressway until it terminates into County Road 58 east to route 25 east to Greenport. The Bartlett House Inn is located on the corner of Front Street (Rt. 25) and Fifth Street in Greenport.
