The Inn has a pleasant and informal atmosphere that guests can enjoy while also enjoying the tranquility of the lake that is outside the Inn's front door. Guests will feel welcomed in this 1909 Inn. Accommodations are inviting and decorated with warmth - no air-conditioning, cell service or TV's in the rooms to interfere with the peaceful surroundings. Enjoy a complete breakfast included in room rates. Visitors can also enjoy lunch and dinner for an extra charge in the lakeside dining room. Guest can watch the world go by from the front porch looking at the lake, enjoy a game of table tennis or pool in the game room, enjoy a cocktail or selection of wines in the Stovepipe bar or relax, read, listen to music or watch television in the sunroom. Sit by the fireplace, play tennis on the Inn's court, swim, fish, canoe, kayak on the lake or head out on the trails by foot or in winter cross-coutry ski or show shoe. ROUTE 76 OR 676 WEST TO 476, CONTINUE ON 476 TO THE TERMINUS WHICH IS CLARK SUMMIT. EXIT AFTER TOLL, PICK UP 81 NORTH, PROCEED NORTH TO EXIT 206.
AT BOTTOM OF EXIT RAMP TURN RIGHT ONTO 374 EAST. FOLLOW 374 EAST (LOTS OF TURNS, BUT WELL SIGNED) TO ROUTE 171 NORTH. TURN LEFT ONTO ROUTE 171 AND PROCEED TO ROUTE 370. TURN RIGHT ONTO 370 EAST AND CONTINUE UNTIL YOU COME TO THE SIGN “VILLAGE OF STARLIGHT” AND OUR SIGN “INN AT STARLIGHT LAKE”. TURN LEFT ONTO STARLIGHT LAKE ROAD. CONTINUE STRAIGHT TO THE STOP SIGN. TAKE I 95 NORTH TO I 280 WEST TO I 287 NORTH TO I 87 (NY THRUWAY)) NORTH TO NY 17 (QUICKWAY) WEST TO EXIT 87, SECOND EXIT FOR HANCOCK, NY. LEFT TURN OFF RAMP, RIGHT TURN AT GETTY GAS STATION. AT STOP SIGN TAKE A RIGHT TO 191, GO OVER THE BRIDGE INTO PA. FOLLOW PA 191 ONE MILE SOUTH TO 370. TURN RIGHT. GO 3 ½ MILES WEST TO THE INN SIGN ON THE RIGHT.TURN RIGHT ONTO DEPOT HILL ROAD. INN IS 1 MILE INN BY THE LAKE.

Activities: • Cross-Country Skiing: Stop by the front desk and get your map of the trails, your skis rented and your waiver filled out and off into the mountains you go.
• Snow Shoeing: Trails for Cross-Country skiing are also snow shoe friendly, so stop by the front desk and get your map, and fill out the waiver.
• Hiking: The trails for Cross-Country skiing are also available for hiking. Stop by the desk and get your map.
• Ice Fishing: When the lake is safely frozen, at your own risk, you can take a stab at this winter pastime. Fishing poles available upon request.
• Ice Skating: Skate rentals are not available and this is strictly at your own risk.
• Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboats, rowboats, biking, tennis, shuffleboard and fishing. Stop by the desk to fill out waiver.
