Located on a hill top overlooking the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains, for over 120 years The Yellow House has been an integral part of the landscape of our changing seasons. Built as a summer residence in the late 1800's, it's charm was shared with the privileged few. Today, The Yellow House Bed & Breakfast welcomes many to experience the beauty and splendor of this wonderful home.

The ten luxurious rooms and suites of The Yellow House offer a relaxing atmosphere that only comes with the special attention and amenities found in the warmth of a bed and breakfast. Perfectly situated on five rolling acres, this historic inn offers the peace and serenity of a quiet mountain setting, while providing easy access to the restaurants, art galleries, and shopping of the quaint town of Waynesville, N.C. Within a short drive you will find the natural beauty of The Blue Ridge Parkway, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and The Pisgah National Forest. Close by are the many attractions of Asheville, N.C., including The Biltmore Estate and Thomas Wolfe Memorial, as well as the many festivals and events that take place through out the year. You can also find gaming at Harrah's Casino in Cherokee, NC.
