The Snow Goose Inn  

Nestled among woods and gardens at the foot of Mt. Snow in West Dover, Vermont, the Snow Goose Inn is an elegant inn, perfect for a romantic get-away. The 13 rooms and suites with wood-burning fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, period antiques, balconies, feather beds and quilts, create a luxury not often found in more traditional bed and breakfasts. All rooms have individual private bath, cable TV, and summertime A/C. We also offer a few select pet-friendly rooms, and welcome well-behaved children over 5.

Included with your stay is our New England breakfast: fresh seasonal fruit, juice, and blueberry muffins. Omelets, Panini French Toast, buttermilk pancakes, Snow Goose Bacon, and Vermont maple ham and sausage are just the tip of our breakfast menu. As a member of the Vermont Fresh Network, we offer as many local Vermont products as possible.

Our guests unwind at the end of the day with wine by our informal gardens in summer or fireside in winter.

Let our concierge help you plan your activities. Close by in summer are hiking, kayaking, fishing, mountain biking. Winter brings skiing, alpine and Nordic, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. We are directly on the VAST trail system.
