Country Cabin Manor B&B  

Our B&B is a log home located in a quiet rural area surrounded by woodlands and farmland. Our four themed guest rooms are beautifully decorated and have very comfortable beds and numerous amenities. Three of the rooms have nighttime skies similar to a planetarium. There is a guest sitting room with games, puzzles, reading material, a microwave, toaster and fridge stocked with complimentary bottled water and soft drinks. There are also tea bags and hot chocolate packets. We are located only three minutes from the campuses of AU and SUNY Alfred and village eating establishments. A world class bicycle shop is just minutes down the road. This very scenic area is located in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains.

Breakfast: Full breakfast served at a time convenient to majority of guests present. Consists of fruit, main dish, eggs, OJ, coffee, tea. Main dish may be an oven baked French toast, French crepes with fruit filling, bacon quiche, apple puff pancakes, muffins, etc

Driving Directions: Use Exit 33 (Almond/Alfred, NY) on I-86/17. Turn right off the exit ramp onto Karr Valley Road and continue to traffic light. At Light, turn right onto Rte 21 South and follow through Almond and beyond. You will pass Alfred Almond Central School (2.1 miles)Turn Right at blinking yellow caution light JCT Rte 244 (3.8 miles)Continue past Dollar General, ArrowMart/Subway, and Steuben Trust. Look for Rt. 244 West and Belmont signs. Bear right on Rte 244 West toward Belmont and continue up the hill past the Alfred State College Farm Laboratory. Country Cabin Manor is the next house on the left; sign is by the road. Please pull all the way down to the concrete pad.
